ACTI has the ability to handle almost any process. For example, a recent project required complex coating, laminating, slitting and perforating. The entire process tested our abilities to the extreme.

The design parameters include the following:

• The finished product was sheets approximately 2′ wide by 1.25′ long. -The adhesive coated release paper required 5 slitted strips fully laminated -The fully laminated product was then perforated off centre for each strip.
  
• Then the process product was then sheeted to size.
  
• The design tolerances for the finished sheets was under 1/32 of an inch.
• Each of the 50,000 parts had to satisfy the design specifications

ACTI does not expect all projects to be so complicated, but it shows that there is not much we cannot do for our customers.
